To answer the engine question, Italy C12 looks like a NovaRossi Engine. Probably 3 to 4 years old. Those were thee best at that time. For the info on the car, Sorry can't help you on that one.

looked but only find american or japanese suppliers none for england little shops charge to much for parts

Just search for CEN RC Cars in Google. You have to pay the expenses cos CEN isn't a British company and parts are imported by shops.

A Supercharger(yes i know that they don't fully work, but makes the engine look good XD)
A Custom Engine head with water cooling/includes water lines and radiator including electric pump
The ONLY item I'm missing is the EZ-Starter/with electronics and battery BUT I CAN'T FIND IT!, the only item I found is this but I DON'T know if it will fit:

SAome one gave me a gas powered rc car. Beofre I buy parts to make it look nice, I would like to hear it run. can I start it with out a glow plug heater? It does not use a pull start but a str8 bar that u use in a drill.
You will need to use a glow plug heater, It won't run without one. If it would, there wouldn't be such a thing.
